Pick the cycle that fits your floors
Most facilities start with routine cleaning and add the others as the floors need them. The five-step setup is the same for all of them.

Program 02
Pick Up Take Back
Your own staff take the curtains down. We collect them, wash, dry and iron them at our Columbus plant, and bring them back wrapped in plastic protection with hangers.

Program 04
Accord Curtains Tracking Software (ACTS)
The cloud-based ACTS reads the barcode on each woven label and logs the date, time, employee and room, then reports by building, department, floor, room and cubicle.

Program 03
On-Call Isolation Discharge Cleaning
When a patient with a highly transmissible illness compromises a curtain, Environmental Services hands the room to our installers, who are already on site or close by.

Program 05
Spare and replacement curtains
A room with its curtains out at the cleaner has no privacy. We hang clean spares so the floor keeps running, and the spares carry a tag like the rest.
“In our years of dealing with Accord Curtains we have found their service to be exemplary in every aspect of the operation. They are prompt when asked to provide outside of the norm requests and will find ways to make it happen at any cost.”
Bob Richardson, Manager Environmental Services, Riverside Methodist Hospital
