One curtain, four scans
We barcode and track the history of your curtains. Since 2011 each scan has logged the date, time, employee and room, so this is one curtain's life between visits.

Taken down on the agreed date
Uniformed installers arrive with ladders on the day set with your team, unhook each curtain from its ceiling track and scan it out of the room. On an isolation discharge they gown, glove and mask first.
Scan 2 · into the wash
Sorted into carts at Busch Court
Curtains travel to our Columbus plant in green laundry carts, are sorted by facility and go through the industrial washers and dryers, then come out ironed and hung in plastic protection.

The woven label carries its history
Each curtain's sewn-in label holds the facility, the room and the size, with a QR code beside them. One example from a real job: OhioHealth, 1217 Riverside, 252 by 86 inches.
Scan 4 · back on the track
Re-hung, mesh top first
The clean curtain goes back on the same track it left, mesh header up and hooks seated, and the scan closes the loop. A detailed report reaches your team after every job.
