Five steps from first meeting to a labeled curtain.
We start with your Environmental Services and Infection Control staff, then count every curtain and room in the building. The program runs from that count, on dates you set.
The order it happens in
Our process page says it plainly: "we cleaned over 20,000 curtains last year."
Discuss
We sit down with your Environmental Services and Infection Control staff and go through the menu of services and programs, so the schedule fits how your facility actually runs.
Inventory
We visit the facility and take an inventory of every curtain and every room. That count is what your program is quoted from.
Schedule
On the agreed date our uniformed installers take the curtains down, clean them and re-hang them. If you need clean replacements while yours are out, we hang those.
On call
For isolation discharge, installers are already on site or nearby, ready to take the incoming call, so Environmental Services can hand the room over.
Label
Every curtain is barcode-labeled and tracked in ACTS, our tracking software, so the last-cleaned date is visible at a glance.

Who does what on the day?
Your team sets the terms and makes the call. Ours does the lifting, the washing and the record.
Your Environmental Services team
- Goes through the menu of programs with us and picks a frequency: bi-annually, quarterly, monthly or weekly.
- Agrees the date the installers take curtains down.
- Makes the call when an isolation discharge leaves a room's curtains compromised, and hands over responsibility.
- Reads the last-cleaned date off the label on each curtain.
